John Crawshaw is Lifepoint's lead pastor. He is responsible for the leadership processes and leadership development in the church, for the development of the church's vision and ethos, for leading and facilitating community life, the process of people growing in maturity, and the church's mission.

Karen is passionate about our engagement with the people around us, as well as children and families. This means she facilitates and supports teams of people who are seeking to share God's love with families, with migrants and international students, and with people who are marginalised in our city.
