Site Theme Change - and more ...

Thanks to Jo A for pointing out some difficulties with the site that occurred for users with smaller screen sizes. I've switched the site layout to rectify the issue - please let me know if you spot any remaining issues. I've also made some other minor tweaks - if you can spot what the changes are, email me with details. First correct respondent wins a prize!

Matt & Liz Watson (and Will) are hanging out for their break in New Zealand.

They will arrive in the 2nd week of February and will spend time with family before coming to Wellington.

Prayer for small groups

In Lifegroups and other small groups across our church we have opportunity to be ‘face-to-face’ in encouraging one another as followers of Jesus, and to recognise Jesus among us as we journey together in His name.

Pray for all these groups, that we will know the loving presence and training of Jesus•

Murray and Shona settling back in

Murray & Shona (and Grace) Shearer are in the process of re-establishing themselves in San Roque squatter community after their fire-enforced evacuation.

Pray that the connexions made with neighbours during the period following the fire as well as old friendships will be quickly deepened and “ordinary”.

Pray also for the projects they are involved in with Lilok -teaching English, soap making, printmaking; and for their role as Manila Servants team leaders.•

John and Linda Celebrate and Prepare

John & Linda Watson celebrate their birthdays this week.

Pray for God’s blessing on them as another year begins and as they prepare for demanding tripto Europe and Turkey, where they will be ministering in conferences, meeting with small groups of mission people and encouraging people one-to-one. They need finance and logistics sorted, and the Lord’s wisdom and enabling as they minister.
