Prayer for Val and the GoodNews team

Val Bateup has arrived safely in NZ now, though with the floods advancing it was looking touch and go.

Pray for good rest and family time for Val during the time she has here for the next two months.

Pray also for the Good News Team – most of whom have had to abandon their homes under advancing flood waters (NoiNon, Jean, Fah Sai & Kanchana are still not flooded). Many of the team are seeking to help neighbours and people they are in contact with.

Pray also for the 1000’s of children the Good News Team are in contact with and who are drastically affected by these massive floods.

Finally pray for the Thai authorities who are trying to deal with the chaos that is unfolding. Ask for God’s mercy and intervention.
